Vegetable Soup
This is easy to make low fat, healthy soup. Ingredients: Chopped onion 1 large size Garlic 5-6 Ginger 1 inch Chopped cauliflower 1 cup Chopped carrot 3/4 cup Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup Corn flour 1 tsp Skimmed Milk 1 cup Butter 1/2 tsp. Fresh cream : 2 tsp(optional) pepper powder salt Heat butter in a kadai. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger to it. Stir fry till the onion becomes soft. Then add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry for a minute. Add 4 cups of water and cook till the vegetables become soft. Now mix corn flour in one tbsp of warm milk, mix up well Boil remaining milk and slowly add corn flour paste, stir continuously till it turns thick. Smash cooked vegetables Now add vegetables along with water to the milk-corn flour paste. Then add salt and pepper. Bring it to boil.Simmer for 5 minutes Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot. related searches : Vegetable
