Ingredients
30 grams cabbage 30 grams carrot 30 grams baby corn 30 grams broccoli 30 gram mushroom Salt according to taste Chilly (1 tea spoon) Cheese (little) Method - Mix every thing and keep aside. Cut wanten paper round in shape. roll it with mixed vegetables .let the upper portion open .steam it in steamer for 5-10 min. now serve with sumai souse and carrot. To make shumai sauce - Ingredients 50 gram coriander 50 spring onions Crushed black pepper Dark soya (1 tea spoon) Light soya Salt and oil Method - Put oil in pan and add every ingredient.
