Veggie Stir Fry!

Vegetable Almond Stir Fry

A yummy vegetable stir fry!  A side dish to complement any main dish or a yummy lunch! 
1 tbls soy sauce 1/2 tbls honey1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp red pepper flakes2-3 garlic cloves, minced   1 tbls fresh ginger, minced1 medium onion, dicedmushrooms, sliced1 red pepper, dicedchopped broccoli A few stalk of celery slicedcarrot, cut thinlyA whole lot of bean sprouts (you can use what ever veggies you have of course) A handful of almondsDirections
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes.
In a wok, saute all ingredients, stirring 5-7 minutes. Add sauce.
