Waffle Sandwich Love

It's been a long day and I'm tired out, so I'm going to try to make this quick...

I'm officially in-love with waffle sandwiches for breakfast! Sadly, I'm all out of waffles so I won't be having another sandwich for breakfast this week. I can't wait to go shopping... must buy waffles!! For the sandwich, I used 2 cinnamon and brown sugar waffles, 1 tbsp. PB, 1 tbsp. reduced sugar strawberry jam, and 2 fresh strawberries (and 1 on the side). The most awesome strawberries from the farmer's market!


Lunch was a huge peach (yum!) and Indian-style black-eyed peas with white rice...


After work: I made myself a PB & banana on toast snack before heading downstairs to exercise (1 slice rye bread, 1 tbsp. PB, and 1/2 a banana). My workout included: glute raises, push-ups, biceps and triceps curls and 50 minutes on the treadmill.


Dinner was simple because I was in a hurry to fill my belly...


Slices of cucumber, carrots sticks, a pickle, cottage cheese, and hummus...


A salad bowl full of romaine lettuce, garbanzo beans, cucumber, 1 Quorn chik'n cutlet and honey mustard dressing...


A little later...


Don't worry, I didn't eat the entire bowl. This is the bowl I shared with my honey and I have some leftover for tomorrow too! I don't use microwave popcorn- this was made the old-fashioned way on the stove top with a minimal amount of oil and no butter.
