Waffle-wich

Well I have been productive today……laundry, vacuumed, mopped, worked on garage organization, and more laundry.  Not to mention that the hubs cleaned all the bathrooms, took the recyclable to the recycling center, and helped with the garage organization.   We’ve also cleaned out a couple of boxes…..yes we still have stuff in boxes from our move a month ago. 


A few rest breaks have been thrown in, which usually included food…..


Breakfast


Breakfast this morning was a waffle-wich:)   Half waffle, half egg sandwich.



2 Van’s waffles toast and smeared with my new Clean Eating butter!!!  Whoo hoo….I finally found some!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I added 2 scrambled egg-whites to my waffles and drizzled real maple syrup on top for extra yumminess.



I paired my waffle-wich with some fresh raspberries for an easy breakfast.  And lets not forget the french pressed coffee.  :)


Does house cleaning count at working out?!?!  I planned on going running this morning or going to take a class at the gym, but I got on such a roll with the housework that I just went with it. 


Snack


Workout or not, cleaning house works up an appetite



A serving of Food Should Taste Good multigrain chips and protein-packed greek yogurt made for an easy and delicious snack.


And I’ve officially decided that I can no longer buy multiple bags of FSTG chips…..I have no self-control with these things!!!!!


Lunch


I’m food-lazy today!  I should have thrown a salad or something veggie-related together for lunch since my body is needing a vegetable, but instead I went with a sandwich



Ezekiel bread topped with Naturally More PB and a banana.



Paired with a sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon and cacao nibs. 



Welp, I thinking it’s about time to get out of this house.  See ya!  :)
