Welcome to Good Burger, Home of the Good Burger...
I am seriously perfecting this Veggie Burger business, It is getting a little out of control over here. More on that in a minute... I decided to get up and groovin this morning with some Yoga and turned out I was blessed with a Private Class! The crazy winds and low temps must have scared everybody away! Susan, the instructor was more than happy to take me on solo, and away we went! It was really neat to be able to practice with her by my side today, I closed my eyes and just followed her voice, phenomenal! She took me through a dynamic flow, of backbends, heart opening, arm balances and inversions. She incorporated a "goddess flow" towards the end of class as well. She has this wonderful feminine energy that permeates her sequences- I just want to drink it all in! Her vibrant spirit is so inspiring, she has pushed me towards so many new and exciting possibilities with my practice, I am so grateful to have found her! My butt and thighs were burning by the end, as we moved into some deep stretching and core work, it graciously shifted onward. We ended class with a Shoulder Stand and Fish sequence to decompress, with deep exhalations while sustaining our postures. She guided be through a "Body blessing", invoking all sorts of positive energy into our day, and gratitude for our present selves. She brings such a new perspective and light to my practice, to my life. After all was said and done, we chatted and graciously parted ways. Now, back to that Burger hoopla, shall we? After class I stopped by a friends Surf Shop to say Hello, and plan some Yoga Dates with her and her fiance. We chatted it up like good girls do, and I came home to fix some lunch. I did it up for real this time, complete with all the fixins. I sauteed some onions and it got ridiculous. Gardenburger on a Sesame Ezekial with Cilantro, Tomato, Onions and Avocado Seasoned with a little Creole Spices, I scarfed down the extras on the side. Wouldn't want to waste! ;) "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?" Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God; your playing small doesn't serve the world " Later you fabulous Gators! related searches : Welcome
