Wheeled Carry On Luggage

When I make a short trip, I always carry too much luggage with me... so I am thinking of getting a wheeled carry on luggage! My darling says it's a waste of money, but I'm sure I can free my both hands! I'm torn between the hard and soft one. Maybe the hard one is better because it won't get dirty on a rainy day.Anyway, I am now busy choosing my wedding dresses. I am thinking of changing into a
