White Cheddar & Onion Pizza

Has it really been 9 days since I last posted? EEK. Time flies when you're busy & sick. This past weekend I came down with a little cold, the typical sore throat, runny nose, etc. It hasn't been HORRIBLE, but definitely an inconvenience and makes me feel just blah. I think it will definitely be completely gone by this weekend, thankfully. So, oh my gosh, I made this fab pizza today. It was seriously easy. Totally De-lish! It's so quick and easy. I didn't have anything on hand for toppings except for white cheddar, onions, a tiny bit of marinara sauce (which is totally okay with me, I prefer light sauce on pizza) and some really good italian seasoning packets from our super authentic local italian pizza joint, a.k.a Little Ceasers. I thought the white cheddar might be over-powering on this pizza, but it totally wasn't. The onions were insanely good on it as well, I thinly sliced them and they were mmm yummy. Of course next time my husband wants some MEAT on it, and I suppose I will oblige..gotta keep him happy! Seriously though, go make this pizza tonight, seriously. I'm not joking. :oP
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Packet of Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Vegetable or Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups White Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
Half Medium Onion, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning

Directions:
In a large bowl or mixer dissolve the yeast in warm water, then add sugar and stir. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until foamy bubbles appear sporadically. Add salt, oil, and flour; mix well until dough is smooth. Covor the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray, and place the dough onto the sheet and start working out towards the edges of the cookie sheet. Spread on marinara. Sprinkle evenly with cheese, and top with onions and seasoning. Bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese starts to turn golden brown.
