I didn?t sleep through my alarm and ran/walked with Back on My Feet this morning. As you know, I normally go on Wednesday mornings, so I usually see the same people every week. Today, however, I met a bunch of Friday morning non-residents? two of which who ran the Cape Relay over the weekend! Cool, right? Of course, we had a lot to talk about.

As soon as I walked in the door of my house, I threw together a quick breakfast: an Oatmeal Raisin Bar, a banana, and a glass of iced coffee with soy milk.

I?m going to a breakfast event later this morning, but my stomach couldn?t wait to eat until then. It needed food ASAP!
