Zarusoba (Buckwheat Noodles)
Made this zarusoba for our lazy afternoon lunch. Omitted the wasabi and quail eggs in the dip because children don't like wasabi and quail eggs are too high in cholestrol. Instead added seaweed and bonito flakes for them. |
