D o you remember??? They have a very soft, rich, cakey chocolate cookie filled with marshmallow creme. YUM! Well, one of my students asked us if we would make some cookies for his niece and nephew to sell at a bake sale to help Haitian children and well... of course I'm going to help out! I wanted to make something I loved as a kid. I then remembered this[...]http://chefany.blogspot.com/2010/02/childhood...

Whenever I'm feeling a bit down or unwell I always crave something that will make me feel warm inside. When I was a child, I always spent my school holidays in Portugal. In between dad being the refereee between squabbles from the kids in the backseat, he started a tradition to ease the boredom. In the city of Buellton, California,[...]http://foodiewife-kitchen.blogspot.com/2009/1...

It's here! This may just look like a little suitcase from the 1970s to you. And while that avocado green is definitely a tell-tell sign, this little dude is much more to me. Shall we open'er up? Ohhh what will we find? Apparently an angry carrot...lol! A suitcase full of my childhood story books. And from the looks of things,[...]http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/GoodenessGraci...

I have been tearing this house a part for this: Years of waiting and I FINALLY have access to a record player and now I can't find the flippin' record. I found several of my Christmas records... but not this one that includes the one totally absurd Christmas song that I remember from my childhood.: Hank Snow's The Christmas Cannonball. This song-- for[...]http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/GoodenessGraci...
