Have you ever heard of a chocolate caramel that is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan? Neither had I until I interviewed the folks at Xan Confections for a story I was working on. They were so kind as to send me a few samples last week so that I could taste for myself (the perks of food blogging just don't stop:). My verdict? Utterly delicious! I never would have thought I would enjoy a[...]http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/FoodLoversLike...

It does not take a lot to get her to go out to have dessert. She goes for her dessert fix with Polly every Friday. My parents got me some chocolate from Solano Stroll a couple of weekends ago, and I have to say that Coracao's 81% dark chocolate bar was amazing. It was dark, so not overly sweet, and it had little specks in it that gave it a slightly grainy texture. MMM. This is my favorite chocolate bar at the moment. Too bad their website doesn't list prices for their bars.http://corriefood.blogspot.com/2009/09/new-fa...
