With some time to spare after my kaya breakfast, I decided to bake some chiffons as they are light and nice. Initially, I wanted to try using Japaneses potatoes, but it required coconut milk. Not willing to use my coconut milk yet, I dropped the idea of using Japanese potatoes. Finally, I baked orange chiffons as I'm very familiar with this and I'm quite sure nothing can go wrong.
