I've been going through some changes in my personal life and with that comes distractions, headaches, and the somewhat fun task of relocating a cat. My ideal Saturday morning breakfast has always been the perfect[...]http://desktopgourmet.blogspot.com/2009/10/pe...

I received so many reader comments from the poached egg pizzaiolo of a week or so ago that I decided to publish 2 more but, that's it folks. You all get the idea. It has everything to do with the "dressing". A poached egg alone... not so tasty . Dress it up a bit and it's fit for company. That's why Eggs Benedict is such a popular dish. It's more about the Canadian Bacon and[...]http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/FoodalogueMean...

This is something that I threw together one Sunday morning brunch because we had some oysters on hand, creamed spinach and fresh salsa. It is a baked whole-wheat wrap shell with a bed of creamed spinach topped with stewed oysters and then delicately poached eggs, then topped with a Beurre blanc sauce and a side of fresh chunky salsa with home fried new potatoes and garnished with[...]http://cajunchefryan.rymocs.com/blog2/recipes...
