After making sweet potato chips which i posted few days back, you can find the post here , i still had one sweet potato left in the fridge which was screaming to be used. I had this potato and cauliflower curry a couple of times from the restaurant (called Janisha's) attached to the beach hut village we stayed in as Palolem beach in Goa. It's like aloo gobi in a bowl. This curried cauliflower and potato soup turned out creamy and delicious. Of course it starts with the spices. Toasting in the pan are cumin, corriander and cardamom.
