This recipe for Fajita Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas combines some of the flavors of Fajitas (my all time favorite Mexican food) and a Cheese Quesadilla (another favorite of mine). I take 2 chicken breasts and let them soak in a ?Fajita marinade?? it?s not a real ?marinade? since it doesn?t have a an acidic ingredient? but piercing the chicken a bit allows the flavor to permeate into the meat.http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/CookingTipOfTh...
