It was over a week ago that I first posted my herb crusted pork tenderloin and promised to share what I did with my leftovers. Well here you go. Granted I ate this last weekend for breakfast, but even if it's late it was too tasty not to share. When I bought pork tenderloin and threw it in the freezer for a later use, it didn't occur to me that the package would hold loins. Well it[...]http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/PiccanteDolce/...

Pork tenderloin, rubbed with mustard, garlic, and ginger, is roasted then thinly sliced to be enjoyed at dinner with winter squash or other vegetables on the side; later in the week, it has a second life as Red Flannel Pork Hash. I mentioned in a recent post that I missed cooking while I'd been traveling lately. The upside, of that time out of the kitchen, was the chance to do some reading. In addition to reading Julia Child's book about her life in France, I found a bunch of "recipes for one" by Julia's editor, Judith Jones. This is the only one I've made so far, but it was SO tasty, that I will[...]http://foodlovelanguage.blogspot.com/2009/11/...

We have had some gorgeous days here lately with highs in the 80. It's hard to believe that it's the first days of February. With the unseasonable warm days upon us, I found this tropical recipe that is sure to please. Seasoned with cinnamon and chili, the flavors were right on. You add a glaze that forms a sweet crust on top. I used Splenda brown sugar in my glaze and you couldn't[...]http://meganscookin.blogspot.com/2009/02/isla...

The South Arm Cooking Club for Seniors celebrated the month of June with a theme of salad. There are 5 salad recipes in this meeting. In view of the number of salad we had, Charlene decided to cut short this original recipe of Island Pork Tenderloin Salad to just the tenderloin part only. Sdyney and Lorna partnered up to make this dish. This Island Pork Tenderloin is adapted from[...]http://chowtimes.com/2009/07/18/island-por-te...

Do you get into a cooking rut? I know I do. I make the same few things over and over again. While they are admittedly tasty, there are only so many times you can eat crescent chicken pillows before you want to huck one of the offending pillows out a window. Pork loin is another one. We love a crocked and cranberry-sauced pork tenderloin recipe that came compliments of my friend Beth O.[...]http://bristowbistro.blogspot.com/2009/03/tus...

The grocery store had pork tenderloins on sale for 1.99 a lb. Since they are only about a pound a piece, this translated into a CHEAP dinner! I bought all they had at that price (discounted because they were a best buy before 3 days was up) They are already packaged in the heavy duty airtight plastic packaging, so in the freezer they go! I made a TON of apricot preserves a couple of years ago[...]http://ourmostlyhappyhome.blogspot.com/2009/1...
