Christmas reindeers are invited at your table this year! A zero waste Christmas craft because you only need corks and branches, a good occasion to go for a walk outside.
► Wine corks (2 to make 1 reindeer)
► Little branches (to form legs)
► Fork branches (to form reindeer antlers)
► A sharp object
► Red glue (or a red pompom)
► Glue (optional)
► A little bell (optional)
Reindeer:
► Body: Make 4 holes with a sharp object in 1 cork: 2 parallel to 1 end (to attach the front legs) and 2 parallel to the other end (to attach the back legs)
Flip the cork and make 1 hole near an end (to attach the neck).
► Head: The second cork will be the reindeer head. Make 2 holes parallel to 1 end (to attach the reindeer antlers). Flip the cork and make a hole (to attach the neck).
► Body: Take the little branches and cut them into 4 equal slices (1.2 inches / 3 cm). Peg them in the holes. When it's done, check if the reindeer can stand and adjust the leg branches if needed.
► Head: Peg the fork branches in the 2 holes. Flip the cork and peg a little branch to form the neck.
► Don't forget to add the little bell if you have one.
Connect the head to the body and adjust if needed. You can add glue if needed.
► Form the nose by adding some red glue on the reindeer head or stick a pompom.
