  • Arrange all the toppings at one place and add salt, chat masala, chilli powder or green chillies(if you are using it).
  • Spread the bater on hot non stick tawa. Cover it with cheese.
  • On the top add the toppings. Let it rost and carefully turn the side.
  • Press it by spatula so the cheese and toppings can stick to the bater.
  • After 2 minutes change the side and it is ready to serve.
