Let's make baked French toasts ! The easiest and laziest way to prepare breakfast !

- Combine eggs, cream, milk, vanilla and brown sugar. Pour half of the batter in a mould.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Fold the sandwich bread slices and put them side by side in the mould.
- Pour the rest of the batter on top of the bread. Sprinkle some pink pralines on top. You can also add more brown sugar and sprinkle it on top.
- If the bread is dry, place the mould in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
➤ You can make this recipe the day before and leave to soak during one night in the fridge (wrapped with plastic wrap).
- If you use fresh bread : bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Remove from oven, serve and enjoy !

You can use any bread, brioche, viennoiseries... Adjust the sugar quantity depending on which one you use.
Topping before baking : you can add some chocolate chips, almond flakes, chopped hazelnuts...
Topping after baking : you can add honey, maple syrup, icing sugar, caramel, melted chocolate..
