Preheat the oven to 340. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt butter and chocolate over a hot water bath until smooth.
Mix eggs in mixer until triple in size.
Fold the chocolate and egg mixture together, 1/3 at a time.
Pour into baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes.
If you would like a caramelized banana to go with it, coat the banana with sugar and gently caramelize with blow torch.
