Mango ice cream

Ingredients

• 250 gr mango
• Juice of 1 lime
• 10 gr corn flour
• 15 ml water
• 20 cl cream
• 120 gr sugar

Mango and lime sorbet with only 3 ingredients and ready to eat in 5 minutes!

Preparation

• Mix the corn flour with the water and pour this mix into a pan with sugar and cream and stir well.
• Let it boil while stiring. Thicken it during 3 min over a low heat. Leave to cool down.
  
• Blend the mango with the lime juice.
• Add the mango purée to the cream and pour it all in a ice cream mold. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
  
• Blend the ice cream to smooth it. Put it 1 night in the freezer.
• That's it!
