Ingredients

350 gr all purpose flour

25 gr milk powder (I skipped)

- 230 butter
- 110 cc water
- 4 egg M size
- 300 g sugar Note: if you want to make savory muffin, use less
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 g baking powder
- 50 g or more chocolate chips or chocolate chunks or your favorite one, such as smoked ham, cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter, milk or water and sugar until well combined.

Step 2

Combine the flour and the milk powder (if used) in a mixing bowl, pour the hot melted butter mixture slowly and blend using a medium speed until well combined and luke warm.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract, combine again. Add the eggs, one by one and combine well.

Step 4

Add the baking powder, combine well then fold in your favorite adding (chocolate chips or chocolate chunks or your favorite one), and left some for topping.

Step 5

Combine well. Pour into muffin tins, top with left chocolate chunks and bake for about 20 minutes at 200.
