You may have once tried to make a yogurt cake, but did you try to cook it in microwave ? You'll need only 10 minutes !

Ingredients

1 yogurt
2 yogurt cups sugar
3 yogurt cups flour
1 yogurt cup olive oil
1 package baking powder (11 gr)
4 eggs
2 tbsp cream

Materials

1 silicon mold (21 cm x 21 cm)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl : eggs + yoghurt + olive oil + flour + baking powder + cream.
Pour the batter in a silicon mold.
Microwave it 10 min at 800W.
Let it cool down and there you are !
