Ingredients

Number of serving: 5
Bread: 5 medium slices

Sooji: 1 cup

Dahi: 1 cup

Onion: 1/2 cup

Tomatoes: 1/2 cup

Green Bell Pepper: 1/2 cup

Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp

Oil/Buuter: For frying

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients except bread and mix well. .Heat tawa. Add little oil/butter to the griddle. Make sure the tawa is not super hot.Now, spread the sooji mix to the bread.Put the bread on the griddle with spread side down on the griddle. Let it get nicely fried on that side. Make sure your tawa is not super hot, or else the spread won't get cooked all the way. It should take about 1.5-2 minutes. Flip the bread and fry it on the other side as well for about 30 seconds.Serve it hot with your favorite ketchup or maggie hot and sweet sauce. It tastes better with sauce or katchup than anything else.
