Eggplant tempura
Make a tempura batter and fry your eggplants for dinner !

- Prepare tempura batter : mix flour + chili powder + milk + salt + pepper + yeast. Leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
- Peel and cut eggplant into slices. Cover the slices with flour then dip into the tempura batter.
- Fry your eggplants in boiling oil during 2 minutes on each side and put them on a paper towel.
- Pour some honey on top and there you are !
