Ingredients

- 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup of Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 Cups Salsa
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Step 2

In a preheated sauce pan add the olive oil and begin to brown the chicken.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms and let cook down for about 3 minutes.

Step 4

Turn the chicken and brown the other side and then transfer to baking pan.

Step 5

Turn the chicken and brown the other side and then transfer to baking pan.

Step 6

Turn the chicken and brown the other side and then transfer to baking pan. Top the chicken and mushrooms with the salsa and top with the cheese.

Step 7

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and cooked through.
