Mixed Sprouts Kurma
Preparation

Steam cook sprouts for 3 to 4 mins in pressure cooker.

Chop tomatoes to fine pieces. Keep ready thick tamarind juice.

Dry grind roasted poppy and fried spices along with coconut pieces.

Add little water and make thick paste. Heat oil in pan, fry garlic and chopped onion to golden.

Add chopped tomato and sauté till it is cooked.

Mix ground paste, jaggery, salt and allow to cook for 5 to 6 mins.

Enjoy the rich aroma swirling around. Now add thick tamarind paste and steam cooked sprouts.

Allow to boil, once it attains desired consistency. Garnish with coraiander leaves.

Serve hot with pulav and roti.
