Oysters au gratin

Usually you eat them raw, even accompanied by lemon, vinegar and/or salted butter. From now on, try the oysters au gratin! Here we offer you a filling based on white wine, shallot, fresh cream and grated cheese. The opportunity to make your oysters slightly crunchy ;-)

- Open the oysters and remove the first then the second water. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brown the minced shallots in olive oil. Add the white wine and the cream and let reduce for a few minutes.
- When the sauce has thickened, coat the oysters with it then cover with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
- There you go, your oysters au gratin are ready!
