  • Oysters au gratin - Preparation step 1Open the oysters and remove the first then the second water. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Oysters au gratin - Preparation step 2Brown the minced shallots in olive oil. Add the white wine and the cream and let reduce for a few minutes.
  • Oysters au gratin - Preparation step 3When the sauce has thickened, coat the oysters with it then cover with grated cheese.
  • Oysters au gratin - Preparation step 4Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
