- In medium heat, fry beef strips using olive oil until golden brown, set aside. Combine beef bouillon, milk, sour cream, flour, basil, salt and pepper. Stir using wire whisk. In the same pan and oil used in #1, saute garlic and onion, add mushroom. Add mixture, continuously stirring until it becomes thick. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve with cooked pasta topped with parsley. Combine garlic, olive oil and parsley. Spread the mixture into the bread. Toast for 3 minutes.
