3 small apples grated



pinch of salt

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon butter

3/4 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup wheat flour

1 cup oat flakes

handful of walnuts

1 teaspoon baking rowder

3 big tablespoons joghurt

Preparation

  • Mix dry ingredients, separately mix wet ingredients.
  • Butter muffin forms, put the dough.
  • Bake at 190°C, 25-30 minutes.
