Apple-walnut-oat muffins - healthy choice


Ingredients

- 3 small apples grated
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup oat flakes
- handful of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking rowder
- 3 big tablespoons joghurt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients, separately mix wet ingredients.

Step 2

Butter muffin forms, put the dough.

Step 3

Bake at 190°C, 25-30 minutes.
