Breakfast for dinner: french toast & hash browns


Ingredients

- 1 cup soy or almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. canola or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl large enough to dip the toast into.

Step 2

Heat a skillet to medium heat with a very light coat of oil.

Step 3

Dip toast into mix on both sides and then brown in pan on both sides. Makes 6-8 pieces of french toast.
