- Line a pie pan with the pastry, sting it with a fork and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Combine 3 eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.
- Add the diced ham and the chopped chives and stir.
- Pour this mix in the cooked pastry, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- Then, break the remaining 3 eggs on it.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
- There you are, your ham and egg quiche is ready!
