Revisit peanut butter and jelly sandwich turning it into a delicious French toast sandwich ! Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack :)

Ingredients

2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
brioche
berry jam or jelly
peanut butter
butter

Preparation

Cook time5 min

Pour milk in a bowl. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix.
Spread 2 brioche slices :
* On the first one : spread some berry jell or jam.
* On the second one : spread some peanut butter.
Close the sandwich and dip it into the milk and egg mix.
Melt some butter in a hot pan. Cook the sandwich over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
There you are, your sandwiches are ready ! Add some ice cream on tp for a delicious snack time :D
