Super Moist Banana Bread
This is the moistest recipe for banana bread.
Preparation

In a large bowl melt butter and mix with sugar until dissolved.

Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture. Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix well.

Fold in sliced bananas and chopped walnuts to mixture. Fold in sour cream.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.

Use a pastry brush and lightly brush the top with honey. Set aside to cool.
