Your super bowl guests will like this popcorn snack


Ingredients

- 1 bag Gourmet® Butter Microwave Popcorn
- 2 cups La Choy® Chow Mein Noodles
- 1/2 cup Dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup Dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine popcorn, chow mein noodles and peanuts in large bowl.

Step 2

Place corn syrup in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Continue to cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in sesame oil and red pepper; mix well. Pour over popcorn mixture.

Step 4

Stir with spoon sprayed with cooking spray, evenly coating popcorn mixture. Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 5

Bake 20 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting into 18 squares to serve. Store leftovers in airtight container up to 3 days.
