Spinach and goat cheese quiche

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 15 oz chopped and cooked spinach
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup cream
• salt and pepper
• 7 oz goat cheese

Materials

• 11 inches diameter pie dish

Preparation

• Combine the eggs, the cream, salt and pepper.
• Add the strained spinach and mix well. Line the dish with the pie crust.
  
• Pour the mix on the pastry. Cut the goat cheese in slices and arrange them on the quiche.
• Bake 40 min at 350°F (180°C).
  
• There you are, your spinach and goat cheese quiche is ready!
