Watermelon Juice


I just loveeeee watermelon...its my Ultimate Fruit for Summer...
Its low in Saturated fat , Cholesterol and Sodium and its a very good source of Potassium, Vitamin A & C but it does contain some amount of sugar !! plus it contains 92% of water weight :)
Here are some ways to make your plain watermelon juice interesting :)
Recipe 1:
Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into cubes) , Fresh Lemon juice , Sugar and ice cubes
Method: blend it all together and make sure you dont put alot of lemon juice..if u blend it well u dont need to strain it!!
Recipe 2 :
Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into Cubes) , Strawberries , Sugar and ice cubes
Method: Blend it all together!!
Recipe 3 :
Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into Cubes) ,Sugar ,a few Mint Leaves and a teaspoon of Rosewater
Method: Blend it all together

Recipe 4 :
Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into cubes) , Sugar, a few fresh basil leaves and raspberries
Method: Blend it all together :)
You can make watermelon salads, fruits bowls , sorbet , granita or just scoop it up sprinkle some sugar and enjoy!! :)
