Ingredients:
3 green (abt 150g) apples -cubed with the skin on
40g salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
12 slices of bread - trim the crust

Preparation:
Into a pan, add the apples, butter, sugar and water.
Cook and stir when needed over low heat.
Once the apples becomes mushy, remove and let it cool down.
Now mix in the cinnamon powder.
Spread the apple mixture on a slice of bread. Place another plain bread on top.
Do the same to the rest of the bread slices.
Arrange on a non stick baking tray and bake at 250c for 1/2 hour.
Remove once the bread slices becomes brown.
Cut into any shapes you prefer before serving.
