- Mix the eggs with the sugar
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the previous mix. Add the vanilla and the apple purée and mix well.
- Add the flour and the pinch of salt and mix well.
- Pour this mix in a greased mold and bake the cake 25 min à 180°C (350°F).
- Let it cool down and unmold ! Eat it all !
