Ingredients:
Flour(maida)-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1 cup
Cocoa-1/2 cup
Butter-100 gm
Egg-2
Vanilla essence-2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Walnuts-1/2 cup

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degree celcius.
Take a square pan and line it with aluminium foil and brush it with oil.Set this pan aside.
Take a small bowl,crack open 2 eggs and beat it along with 2 tsp of vanilla essence...Set this aside for a moment.
Take a mixing bowl and add in the butter,melt this in the microwave for 1 min.
Add in cocoa,sugar,egg mixture,walnuts,flour and mix well.
Pour this in the pan and bake it for 20-25 min.If you insert a tooth pick in it,it should have some moist texture...Remove the pan and let it cool for 5 min.
Then take it out of the pan and peel away the foil.Cut it into squares and serve with a glass of milk.
