Eggless Pineapple cake
Level: Easy
Preparation time: 15 min Cooking time: 40 min Serves: 9" square cake Ingredients All Purpose flour: 1.5 cups Sugar: 1 cup Baking powder: 2 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp Canola oil: 2/3 cp Milk: 1/4 cup Pinapple: 1 cup Cardomom powder: 1 tsp Procedure: Step1: Preheat the oven to 350F for 15 min Step2: Sift All purpose flour,baking powder and salt to gether Step3: Blend the pineapple in a mixie or blender to a paste Step4: Add pineapple puree, oil, milk, vanilla essence and cardomom powder to the sifted flour and mix well using a whisk.(No need to beat the mixture) Step5: Pour it in a 9" greased square pan and bake for 35 min approximately. Insert a tooth pick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. Step6: Allow it to cool , flip the cake and cut it into pieces.
