In the bowl of your blender, put the drained red beans, sugar, and coconut oil. Blend finely.
Melt the chocolate, and add the red bean puree.
Finally, add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the greased mold, and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your gluten-free chocolate fondant with beans is ready!

Coconut oil: you can replace it with another neutral-tasting oil (sunflower, canola,...)
