Here is a fast with cook, simple recipe with a great flavour.

Ingredients

• 1 lb Jumbo Prawns, deveined
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper
• Sea Salt to taste
• Skewers (if wooden, soaked for 30 minutes)

Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients with the prawns.
• Marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or up to 1/2 an hour.
• Preheat a gas grill on medium to high heat.
• Thread the prawns on skewers and grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until cook throughout.
• Serve immediately.
