Japanese cabbage salad
Have you ever tried this delicious Japanese cabbage salad? This is the perfect side dish to a sushi meal!

Preparation
- Thinly slice the cabbage. Combine the vinegar with the sugar.
- Once the sugar has melted down, pour the mix on the sliced cabbage, and mix well using your hands. Leave 4 hours in the fridge, stirring once in a while.
- Strain the cabbage, and press well to take the most out of the sweet vinegar.
- Add the nuoc nam, the soy sauce and the oil. Stir and add some toasted sesame seeds.
- There you are, your Japanase cabbage salad is ready!
