Kachhe Kaele Ki Sabzi(Raw Banana Vegetable)

Imprimer cette page Kele ki sabzi is very easy to prepare and is rich in potassium.It can be easily prepared during navratri fast.It can be taken as an accompaniment in lunch and is ideal for snack as well.Ingredients:
3 Raw Bananas Peeled
1/4 Cup Oil
3 tsp Sindhav Namak(salt)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Cumin SeedsProcedure:
1.Heat oil in a pan having a thick base.
2.Add cumin seeds and red chillies.
3.Add the diced bananas.
4.Lower the heat, add salt.
5.Cook with the lid covered till the bananas turns tender.
6.Mix the lemon juice .
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
