A quick and tasty seaweed soup made with Chinese seaweed.

- Place dried scallops and water in a pot, bring to boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- Add goji berries and seaweed, simmer until seaweed is soft (less than a minute).
- Add salt to taste.
