- Pulse the fish in a food processor until coarsely chopped (or use a knife, if you're like that).
- Mix everything together, form 1/2 cup scoops into cakes and fry over medium/medium-high heat for about five minutes a side.
- Each side should be nicely browned.
- Serve hot.
