Ingredients:
2 cups of roast lamb, cut into cubes
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
4 thin slices of fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
4 small tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups of fresh fava beans, shelled and peeled

Preparation:
Saute the onion, bell pepper, garlic and ginger in the olive oil until the onion is soft. Add the lamb cubes and continue to cook for about 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chicken broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the fava beans and continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
