Ingredients:
200g yellow noodles (or any other as you like)
100g salmon
85g kai lan/Chinese broccoli (can be replaced with cabbage or bean sprouts)
For The Sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
6 garlic (chopped and fried with some oil) - or just use the ready-made garlic oil
spring onions for garnished (sliced/shredded)

Preparation:
Poach the salmon with 1 cup of water until cooked. Once cool down, flake the flesh and keep the stock for the sauce.
Blanch the noodles in hot water for a couple of Min's, then in color water, drain and keep aside. Do the same for the kai lan.
Mix all the sauces with the salmon stock. Add salt after tasting if not enough.
Add noodles into a serving plate, then some salmon and kai lan here and there. Garnish with spring onions.
Pour the mixed sauces and garlic with the oil on top as much as you prefer.
Its done to be enjoyed and tasted.
